As a 503(c) not-for-profit, we rely on contributions to help support the many vibrant programs and activities that bring joy to our residents throughout the Gurwin Healthcare System, from our award-winning nursing and rehabilitation center on our Commack campus, and our sister center in Holtsville, to our assisted living community, and our adult day care programs.
