We understand the importance of food for the soul at Lindner Residences, which is why we take dining so seriously. Our partner in dining, Unidine, is committed to providing a fresh take on dining, with a high level of attention, responsiveness and distinctive service.  

But the food is only part of the dining experience. Experience the subtle elegance of the dining room’s vaulted ceiling, where residents enjoy meals with friends. Take in the breathtaking view of our patios and grounds from your table, or dine alfresco outdoors near the beautiful fountain.

Have a hankering for a light snack or a cup of coffee mid-morning or afternoon? Pop into our Kava Café right off the lobby to meet up with friends or to grab a snack to go.

Our dining menu is kosher. All dietary laws are followed. 

What types of apartments are available at Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences?

We offer a variety of apartment options to suit different needs and preferences, including newly built studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom deluxe, two-bedroom/two-bath, and two-bedroom/two-bath deluxe floor plans. Each apartment includes a tea kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, satellite television, and WiFi access.

Do I have to be Jewish to live at Gurwin’s Assisted Living Community?

Not at all. While Jewish culture and traditions are an important part of our community, we warmly welcome residents of all faiths and backgrounds. Our kosher fine dining program is designed to be enjoyable for everyone, and residents of all cultures feel at home here.

What is the Enriched Pathways program?

Enriched Pathways is our specialized memory care wing within the assisted living community, designed for residents who need a higher level of support for Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. It offers a secure, beautifully furnished environment with dedicated programming, private dining, and staff specially trained in memory care approaches.

Can I try Gurwin Assisted Living before committing to a permanent move?

Yes. We offer trial stays of up to 30 days in a fully furnished apartment, giving you the opportunity to experience community life, participate in activities, and utilize all services before making a long-term decision. Availability applies, so we recommend reaching out early.

What happens if my care needs change after I move in?

As part of the Gurwin Healthcare System’s Life Plan Community, assisted living residents have priority access to additional levels of care right on campus, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, home care, adult day care, on-site dialysis, and on-site pharmacy services.

What services and amenities are included?

Residents enjoy weekly housekeeping and linen service, 24-hour security, an emergency call system, scheduled transportation via luxury vans and town car, a full-service on-site beauty salon and barber shop, a wellness center with daily clinic hours, a fitness center with a certified personal trainer, and a variety of daily recreational and social programs.
