The Gurwin Jewish Healthcare Foundation’s mission is to support quality health care, services and programs for frail, elderly and younger disabled adults.

Gurwin Healthcare System has earned recognition as one of the nation’s premier providers of outstanding healthcare services and senior living communities. As we mark our 36th year serving the needs of our community, our sights are set on an exciting future, embracing new programs, technologies and talent to enrich the lives of our community members.

In order to meet the challenges of tomorrow, we encourage you to join us…and become a donor.   Your support will help us to provide outstanding clinical care and services, as well as the extras that help make the days special, such as social and educational programs and creative activities for all those who call Gurwin home.

When you contribute to our Gifts of Gratitude Program, you recognize and celebrate the exceptional care you or a loved on received at one of the members of our Gurwin family — the Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences assisted living community, Island Nursing and Rehab Center, Gurwin Adult Day Care Program or our home care programs.   In turn, you are supporting our efforts, ensuring that others receive the same outstanding and compassionate care.

At Gurwin Healthcare System, caring for our residents and ensuring the safety of our staff remains at the forefront of our efforts. Our leadership team tirelessly advocates for the welfare of our residents, meeting regularly with legislative representatives to request funding support, fair and equitable legislation and to be the voice for those we serve.  Your financial support helps us continue these efforts.
