Gurwin’s acclaimed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training class program is accepting applications for future classes.

Our intensive three-week program includes two weeks in-class learning and one week of hands-on clinical training at the renowned Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, ranked by Newsweek Magazine as one of the Best Nursing Homes in America 2026.  Classes are held on the Gurwin Healthcare Campus, 68 Hauppauge Road, Commack, NY, and run from Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:15 PM.  CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED.

NY State CNA Certification is granted upon successful completion of written and clinical final exam which is conveniently administered at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
