Navigating Elder Law and Caregiver Burnout
A Practical Guide for Healthcare Professionals CEU Workshop
This educational session provides healthcare and social service professionals with a practical overview of key elder law and estate planning topics, including health care proxies, advance directives, powers of attorney and long-term care planning trusts. The program also explores caregiver burnout, helping participants recognize early warning signs and apply effective strategies to support family caregivers through communication, validation and timely referrals.

Attendees will leave with actionable tools to better guide patients and families while promoting stronger outcomes across the care continuum. Social workers and certified case managers will earn 2 CEU credits for this workshop.
