On this National Yoga Day, our Adult Day Care Medical Program at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center embraced the serenity and wellness of yoga. Our participants enjoyed a wonderful yoga session, focusing on relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness.
