Gurwin’s Certified Home Health Agency provides doctor-ordered skilled services usually billed through Medicare and Medicaid. These services include rehabilitation (including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy), skilled nursing care, nutrition counseling and social work.

All Gurwin Home Care staff are thoroughly screened, including NY State and Federal clearance sites. References are verified, and individual medical clearance is completed.
