Centenarian Celebration at Gurwin Assisted Living
Yesterday, Gurwin Assisted Living kicked off our 25th Anniversary celebration with a nostalgic Catskills Summer Vacation right here at Gurwin Jewish - Fay J. Lindner Residences, bringing us back to the beloved Borscht Belt where so many of our residents spent their summer days.![]()

Residents checked in at our "resort registration desk" and received some fun vacation swag before enjoying a fascinating presentation by Sal St. George, The Boys of the Borscht Belt. The afternoon continued with a Make Your Own Egg Cream and Pickle Tasting Social, followed by a special welcome dinner featuring live entertainment from The Swedish Meatballs.![]()
