Alzheimer’s Educational Topic:  Exploring Care and Support

Caring for someone living with dementia can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. There are resources and support for every stage of the disease.  This educational program will provide insight on locating the tools needed to help you feel empowered as a caregiver.

Sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association and Gurwin Healthcare System, attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the Gurwin community, including our special social model Adult Day Care Program that provides supervised, engaging daytime programs for people with Alzheimer’s or related dementia diagnoses.
